Place an order
We are so glad you chose to shop with us! After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail from us with your order and tracking number which will enable you to keep tabs on your order and track it.
Make a change
If you need to alter or cancel your order, please contact us at support@unitedbulbs.com with your order number so that we can follow up to make the necessary changes for you.
Problems with an order
Our customer service team is here to assist via phone or email. We are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Just send us an e-mail with your order number and we will work quickly and efficiently to address your concerns.
Wrong product purchased
Our Light Bulbs and Fixtures are covered by a 30 day return or replacement warranty. You can return or exchange the item for any reason in a new and unused condition.
You can contact our customer service team to begin the process for your return. Please specify the order number on the subject line of your e-mail to us.
Delivery issue (late, damaged, missing or wrong item)
We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will do our best to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service team and we will get back to you promptly.
We request that you include the specific issue on the subject line of your e-mail (late, damaged, missing or wrong item) so that we can forward your e-mail to the appropriate Department for an expeditious follow up.
If you receive an incorrect item from us, we apologize for the error and ask that you return it to us immediately. After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send over the replacement item

Changing the delivery or shipping address
If you placed the order via our website, please reach out to us so that we can make the requisite changes regarding your delivery or shipping address.
*Please note that we can only make changes to the delivery or shipping address if the items have not been shipped out by the time we receive your request.
Price matching
Unfortunately we do not offer a price match at present but please contact us with any questions

Bulk purchase
Customers are welcome to purchase our products in bulk and avail of special discounts that may apply, subject to certain terms and conditions. Please reach out to us with details regarding the items and estimated quantities you would like to purchase and a member of our team will help streamline the process for you.
Product ordered on a different site (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy etc.)
Please follow up directly with the site that you ordered the product from.

Shipping
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free within the United States. International Shipping is calculated upon checkout and varies by destination and weight.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Expedited shipping
We offer expedited shipping services for an additional fee.
Ship to a P.O. Box
We can ship to a P.O. Box at your request but are not responsible for shipments misplaced at the Post Office.
Returns
Return Policy
Our items are covered by a 30 day return or replacement warranty. You can return or exchange the item for any reason in a new and unused condition.
We request that you return the item in its original packaging. After we receive your return, it will be inspected and we will follow up with you if it was approved or rejected for a refund.
If approved, a credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping charges will be refunded in full if the wrong item was sent due to an error on our part.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
*If a refund was issued by us and you do not see it on your statement, please follow up with your Bank or Financial Institution. Our customer service team is available at support@unitedbulbs.com to answer any questions you may have.

Each product lists certification information directly on the box or an enclosed pamphlet within. This information can also be accessed online. Simply click on the technical specification tab for the product you need information on to review all the details.
Dimmable Bulbs
Many of our Light Bulbs and Heat Lamps have a dimmable feature which can be adjusted from 10% to 100% to create the perfect lighting you desire!
Recyclable Packaging
Our Lighting products come packed in fully recyclable cardboard. We strive to be responsible members of the Community and our Environment.

United Bulbs does not have a Showroom or Storefront. Our Company Headquarters and
Warehouse are both located in New Jersey, USA.
